"American Math Competition 08"

Dear all,

Please note that the above-mentioned will be held on 31st July 2008 (Thursday) from 1515hrs - 1645hrs. Students who have signed up, please check that your name appears on the "List of Students" file and that you have been allocated a seat in the attached seating arrangements. The summary of the seating arrangement is as follows:

Classes 111-113 - J Block 3 Room 2
All Sec. 2 classes - in your respective classrooms
Classes 101 - 110, All Sec. 3 classes and All Sec. 4 classes - Hall

Please also read the attached instructions clearly. Note that attendance is compulsory for those who have signed up, and students who are absent without a valid reason will be booked. Excuse letters to MOELC will be issued upon request.

If you already know in advance that you will not be able to turn up for the competition, kindly email Mr. Ng at peitong@rgs.edu.sg latest by 29th July 2008 (Tuesday)."
